Wild & Scenic Film Festival On Tour, one of the largest environmental film festivals in North America, is coming to Flagstaff, Aspen Room, on March 23, 2024! The Wild & Scenic Film Festival works with environmental groups across the globe to host the film festival to reach their communities and bring together a diverse audience. The goal is to use film to inspire activism. We hope to use the festival to increase a better community understanding of our connection with the planet and our role as stewards to keep it healthy for the next generations.
We will host our 14th festival, which is always a successful and exciting evening of short films and activities meant to inspire and encourage an active community to support environmental issues. The night will start with an opening reception with drinks, appetizers, a raffle, live music by local band Streetwise, and a silent auction. In addition to the in-person event, we will offer a virtual video-on-demand option of the film program for five additional days after the event for a greater audience to participate from home, wherever they live!
